White chocolate lovers enjoy a cup of white hot chocolate. It's so easy to make. Just pop a square of your favorite sweet into a large coffee cup.

Add milk. Then heat.

How to Make White Hot Chocolate

You'll need...

  • 1 square or 1 ounce (28g) of white chocolate (used Baker's)
  • 8 ounces or 1 cup (237ml) of milk
  • 1 large coffee cup or mug

Put the white chocolate into a large coffee cup. Add milk. Heat in the microwave for about a minute and 30 seconds.

Remove carefully and stir. Sip cautiously!

See any solid chocolate? Heat another 15 seconds then stir till melted.

Or scrape it off the bottom of the cup with a spoon and enjoy it. Be a shame to waste it!

Vanilla Caramel Latte(ish)

Before you heat up the milk, add these ingredients.

2 teaspoons of Kraft Caramel Bits and a 1/2 teaspoon of instant coffee.

My husband, the coffee drinker, tells me this reminds him of a vanilla caramel latte.

I am taking his word for it. He liked it. But I don't think Starbuck's needs to be worried.

But the price is right! Now, what about the fat and calories?
